Megalis 10 mg tablet is utilized as a part of the treatment of erectile brokenness and pneumonic hypertension. This is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. Active Ingredient:

Tadalafil is the main active principle of this medicine. This works by relaxing the muscles around the penile region in men, which helps in long-lasting penile erection for sexual intercourse.

Uses:

Megalis 10 boosts up the blood flow in the penile region which in turn results in stiffer and firm penile erection. With a firm erection, you can have sexual intercourse for a long time with your partner despite facing impotency. During sexual stimulation penile erection is caused by increased penile blood flow resulting from the relaxation of penile arteries and corpus cavernosal smooth muscle. By the release of nitric oxide this response is mediated from nerve terminals and endothelial cells, which stimulates the synthesis of cGMP in smooth muscle cells. Once consumed, the effectiveness of this medicine stays in the bloodstream for 12 to 20 hours.

Note:

Megalis 10 mg may cause severe side effects such as a prolonged and painful erection that lasts for more than 4 hours, loss of vision in one or both the eyes, hearing impairment, etc. It is recommended to consult a physician immediately in case of such severe events. Avoid taking more than one medicine per day as it may lead you to serious side effects such as body pain, changes in vision, flushing, diarrhoea, fall in blood pressure, upset stomach, etc. Avoid consumption of alcohol when you are on this medicine. Make sure you consume this medicine at least half an hour before you begin with your sexual activity.
