Active Ingredient:

This is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. It is a drug for erectile dysfunction treatment and is known as a male impotency drug. Tadalafil is the main active ingredient in this tablet. 

Uses:

Megalis 20 is a drug that contains Tadalafil as the main component and is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. This is a PDE5 inhibitor, which means it inhibits the action of the enzyme PDE5 to relax the muscles of the blood vessels in the penile. Thus, this increases the blood flow to produce an erection. This effect however is achieved with the presence of complete sexual stimulation. The intake of this medicine must be in correct proportion, to enjoy complete sexual satisfaction, despite erectile dysfunction. The effect of this medicine stays up to 36 hours after consumption. 

Note:

Megalis 20 may be taken one tablet per day orally, as needed, 1 hour before sexual activity. The tablet must be swallowed whole with a full glass of water. Do not miss the dose of this but if you do, shift to the next dosing schedule which is the next sexual intercourse act. The dose may either be decreased or increased depending on its efficacy and tolerability per individual. 

With the advice of a healthcare provider dose adjustment must be done. Women and children below 18 years of age are strictly not allowed to consume this medicine by any chance. Avoid overconsumption of this, as it may lead to severe side effects like drowsiness, headache, body pain, etc. Also avoid taking this medicine, if you are already on some existing medication.
